Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Section Committee Meetings

I attended the Marriott Marco Island December 1–2 attending the committee meetings  of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.

The following committees are of particular interest to me:  1) Estate and Trust Tax Planning Committee; 2) IRA’s, Insurance & Employee Benefits Committee; 3) Trust Law; 4) Probate & Trust Litigation; and 5) Asset Preservation.
